Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?

Main purpose of the position:

This role will report into the Sr. Social Media Manager and will manage all social channels for the FWRD brand, with primary focus on Instagram and TikTok. This role will work closely with FWRD cross-functional teams (buying, merchandising, production) to elevate FWRD’s visual presence and voice, strengthen brand equity and grow the audience across all social channels.

Position responsibilities and daily tasks:

• Develop detailed social campaigns for all of FWRD’s key brand initiatives
• Manage the day-to-day posting and performance monitoring to ensure creative quality and cohesion
• Quarterly competitive research to identify new opportunities
• Establish evergreen messaging and creative strategy for Instagram and TikTok
• Write compelling, on-brand copy – often under tight deadlines – that fit the specific goals of each initiative, and suit the nuances of each channel
• Work closely with the Sr. Social Media Manager and FWRD Cross-Functional teams to establish an annual social calendar that includes all of FWRD’s key commerce initiatives, brand initiatives and events
• Support ongoing content strategy and execution for FWRD YouTube
• Work closely with Brand Marketing cross-functional teams (Influencer Relations, Events, Partnerships) to ensure excellent social integration and support for FWRD events and marketing campaigns
• Work closely with Analytics Team to assess content / strategy performance and provide iterations, monthly
• Ensure creative, messaging and brand voice is consistent across channels and aligned to FWRD’s evolving brand identity
• Develop / Execute / Iterate audience growth strategies for FWRD’s Instagram, TikTok and YouTube channels

What does a candidate need to demonstrate to perform this job successfully:

• Understands the importance of performance data and possesses a strong ability to analyze and synthesize the data into actionable plans
• Knowledgeable in a variety of photo / video editing apps for the creation of social assets
• Expertise in Instagram and TikTok, a must
• Strong collaborator and team-player
• Facility with social listening and analytics tools
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for Fashion, Beauty and Pop Culture
• Experience in social content creation (photo, video)
• Possess an eye for aesthetic curation and cohesive visual and written storytelling

Minimum candidate qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):

• Bachelors degree a plus
• Expertise in Instagram and TikTok; Strong knowledge of YouTube
• 3-4 years of social media experience at a Fortune 500 company and/or Fashion / Beauty Brand
• Experience with paid social campaigns
• Strong knowledge of the influencers and designers aligned with FWRD

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $65,000 per year to $85,000 per year.
