Empower is currently recruiting SAP BW/HANA/ PAPM/SAC lead role for SAP Finance team. Viewed as a proficient in SAP system implementation and support, this position presents an opportunity to an experienced SAP Analytics professional to take the next steps in their career. As part of our established SAP team, under general direction the successful candidate will design, document, implement and support various complex SAP analytics and reporting NetWeaver applications.


What You Will Do


  • Make recommendations for project resource requirements to project managers and/or systems leadership. Maintains requirements documentation, project tracking, and key stakeholder reporting metrics. May lead or direct projects of smaller scope.
  • Independently work on new projects and support the existing system. Efficiently coordinate with other technical teams across the finance delivery .
  • This position requires strong knowledge of all components of the BW/HANA/PAPM modelling and reporting along with Plan profitability tool and SAC as reporting solution.
  • Troubleshoot reported system issues and resolve the issues as per priority levels. Complete moderately to complex project tasks within defined milestones with.
  • Candidate is expected to have technical hands on with strong leadership skills and expected to participate customer discussion. POC, blueprint design.
  • Suggest process and system improvements. Formulate and track work plans and delivery milestones in line with business expectations.
  • Develop plans and deliver results in fast changing business/regulatory environments while leading and developing a team of experiences reporting professionals.


What You Will Bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands on experience of 2-3 years on SAP Analytics cloud (SAC) and SAP Profitability and performance management (PaPM).
  • Knowledge of Enterprise level application and understanding of Global delivery model.
  • Willingness and availability to learn new solutions and technologies.
  • Strong experience on process chain administration, Info providers, ADSO. Open ODS, composite providers and SAP ECC extractor builds., BW security design/Analysis authorization, performance optimization. Deep level of understanding of databases on HANA platform, Various complex calc view, Analytical view creation and Functions on an advanced level in SAP BI platform.
  • Strong techno functional experience in one or more functional areas including Finance.
  • 10-12 years relevant experience on SAP BW/ HANA which includes modelling, Full cycle, or green field implementations, support, Upgrade.
  • Nice to have Scheduling and configuring SAP BODS for data integration and Basic level of ABAP coding and debugging.
  • Strong hands-on Report development based on SAP HANA modelling/application and relevant HANA development is required.
  • Experience in creating, modifying, loading, and troubleshooting BW MD and info provider.
  • SAP BPC with exposure on EPM analytics tool is an added advantage.
  • Continually develop SAP solution core skills and bus. knowledge based on accumulated exp.

The salary range below shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.


Base Salary Range


$ 82,300.00-116,275.00
