As a project manager lead supporting the Corporate Treasury Project Management Office, you'll work with project sponsors to manage large, complex treasury projects. In this role, you'll lead planning, communication, and management, develop the project scope and objectives, share stakeholder analysis, and drive any organizational change management. Additionally, you'll lead teams in gathering, testing, and implementing project requirements.

This is a remote position.

Must-have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field of study (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Management, Sales, HR) and a minimum of five years of experience in a process design/redesign role
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of eight years of experience in a process design/redesign or technical role

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to influence, consult and collaborate with all levels in the organization, including senior business leaders, to obtain desired results.
• Experience implementing new initiatives, projects and/or programs, including change management
• Familiar with industry standard project management principles; certification(s) in project management a plus
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written including ability to conduct presentations, prepare documents, present recommendations, and write status reports
• Proven project management experience including the ability to initiate and lead a project with little direction or supervision, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Compensation

• $82,000 - $109,000/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
