Job Summary:

As the Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage top talent for critical roles within the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, source candidates, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for Information Technology, Accounting/Finance, and Human Resources/Administration positions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and recruitment tools to continually enhance the talent acquisition process.
  1. Sourcing and Candidate Engagement:
  • Engage with potential candidates, build relationships, and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Proactively source and identify candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
  1. Full Recruitment Lifecycle Management:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate candidate feedback and manage the communication process throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  1. Employer Branding:
  • Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to create engaging recruitment content for job postings, career pages, and social media platforms.
  • Promote and maintain a positive employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation in the industry.
  1. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
  • Prepare regular reports for management on recruitment activities and progress.
  • Track and analyze recruitment data and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
  1. Candidate Experience and Onboarding:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, collaborating with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  1. Compliance and Policy Adherence:
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable recruitment laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate recruitment, with a focus on Information Technology, Accounting/Finance, and Human Resources/Administration roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Understanding of labor laws, hiring practices, and equal employment opportunity regulations.
  • HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling complex and critical roles within a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
