Job Description
Oversee, a vacation rental management (VRM) company local to 30A and the Emerald Coast, is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Revenue Manager to join their team. As the Senior Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of revenue management strategies and initiatives through pricing, inventory, and channel management. This highly collaborative role requires a deep understanding of the VRM industry and a strategic approach to increasing revenue for the company and its clients. With a proven track record of successful revenue management the Senior Revenue Manager will play a crucial role in Oversee's continued growth and success. Oversee is committed to providing exceptional experiences for guests and an excellent service for homeowners, and the Senior Revenue Manager will work towards realizing this mission through their management and pricing strategies. $60,000 + incentives (~$20k).


Responsibilities


  • Monitor and report on revenue and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and finance
  • Lead channel management efforts to ensure visibility and optimal distribution of inventory across all channels
  • Develop, implement, and oversee the development and execution of pricing strategies for Oversee's portfolio of properties
  • Analyze competitive sets and industry trends to inform revenue management decisions and strategies
  • Monitor occupancy rates, booking trends, and market forces to recommend pricing and inventory strategies


Requirements


  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of Revenue Management software (e.g. Beyond, Key Data) and PMS platforms (e.g. Track)
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, and channel management within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive revenue management strategies
  • Experience working with different distribution channels, including OTAs, wholesalers, and direct channels
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
