Job Description

Summary


The Regional Manager leads Green Dragon retail operations in Florida. The Regional is responsible for the profitability of growing Green Dragon dispensary revenue, provides solid leadership to our retail teams, maximizes revenue, and meets future growth plans.


The primary role is to execute strategies that focus on driving sales, leading a high-performing retail team, improving the patient experience, and maximizing the profitability of the company.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Retail Operations and Compliance

  • Recommends and implements techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, enhance patient/customer experience, and maintain best-in-class practices
  • Recommends and implements techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, enhance patient/customer experience, and maintain best-in-class practices
  • Identifies trends and opportunities to define changes in processes and procedures that drive operations and selling agendas
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations at the retail level
  • Ensures optimum performance of retail stores
  • Support new store openings and retail merchandising with the operations team
  • Drives and influences productivity and cost-saving opportunities in all operational components



Team Leadership and Store Operations

  • Perform remote and in-person store inspections on a regular cadence
  • Maintains a presence in the field to effectively coach and support District Managers, Area Managers and dispensary teams
  • Build and lead a high-performing retail team, providing coaching and mentorship, and guidance to store managers and staff


Marketing

  • Follow up on outreach materials and swag at the store level
  • Coordinate outreach opportunities with the Marketing team to drive awareness and sales, ensure store teams are trained and consistent in scheduling
  • Works with Marketing to ensure that promotions align with inventory and are competitive in the marketplace


Supply Chain

  • Partners with internal teams to ensure product and store allocations provide a cohesive strategy and brand experience to drive revenue
  • Assure that proper product mix is on shelves to increase revenue growth


Responsible for up to 6 direct reports

Travel required up to 75% of the time


Qualifications:


  • Professional and proactive work ethic
  • Proven results in operational sales
  • 7+ years of sales and operations experience, managing multi-units and operations staff
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets
  • Bachelors or experience equivalent to business admin, sales, operations, retail, etc.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and G-Suite
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
