Are you looking for growth potential with a company that has a great culture and a desire to be the best? We are looking for an Regional Product Manager working out of our St. Augustine location with up to 70% travel including international travel.
Summary
As a regional Product Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our sales teams, providing them with expert knowledge of product marketing and technical aspects. Your role will involve developing and executing local product marketing strategies, creating compelling product-focused content, and developing a deep understanding of the local market needs and trends, so that future products and projects will ensure that local needs are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise – proven ability to work with products and understand the extensive knowledge needed for those products in order to identify issues or market value and ensure the product meets/exceeds function, design and user acceptance.
• Customer Service & Relationship Management – able to personally provide high level of interactive service to targeted customer base/market, building relationships and a referral network within the U.S.
• Team Orientation & Interpersonal – highly motivated team-player with ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within and external to the organization. The ability to effectively influence and lead others.
• Communication – able to effectively and persuasively express self verbally and in writing, using correct language and grammar in a professional, diplomatic and tactful manner.
• Organization & Time Management – able to work independently with minimal supervision and a high degree of self-motivation and self-direction. Able to plan, schedule, and organize professional schedule to complete actions within established deadlines, handling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a high pressure environment.
• Analytical Skills and Strategic Thinking – able to think strategically throughout every phase of a products development. Solid understanding of the product life cycle, audience segmentation, project management process and sales forecast.
• Adaptability to Change – able to be flexible and supportive, react swiftly to and able to positively and proactively assimilate change in rapid growth environment.
• Systems & Software – proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

- Develop and execute local product marketing strategies as well as product brand positioning in collaboration with Global MarComm and Global Product Management
- Work closely with the regional education team to ensure comprehensive product training for sales teams and customers
- Collaborate with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to leverage their expertise and support marketing initiatives
- Create engaging and informative product-focused content to support marketing efforts
- Provide guidance and attend regional tradeshows and workshops to promote our products
- Act as first point of contact for the sales teams concerning product marketing and technical questions
- Execute regional product trainings
- Monitor competitors in the local market, analyze their strategies, and provide insights to the team
- Support regional business activities
- Establish regional pricing strategies based on market research and analysis
- Manage the regional portfolio and identify gaps in product offerings
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple project simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with strong self-management, time-management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Solid computer skills, esp. Office 365, Adobe Cloud, CRM Skills preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Technology or relevant field required
- 3+ years relevant product & marketing experience required; medical/veterinary field preferred
- Possess technical knowledge across our product portfolio to effectively address inquiries and provide solutions
