Senior Revenue Accounting Manager

Korn Ferry has partnered with our health-care client in their search for a Revenue Accounting Manager. This candidate will demonstrate the ability to apply accounting theory to areas of responsibility and demonstrate advanced knowledge of integrated accounting systems, processes, and functionalities. This will include a broad knowledge and associated experience with the Revenue Accounting discipline as well as a track record of supervision or demonstrating the ability to lead.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis of monthly and quarterly results and document variances
• Assist with systems upgrades and liaison with external and internal auditors as needed
• Manage revenue accounting team with responsibility for all revenue accruals and actuals
• Evaluate current processes and procedures around the Revenue Cycle including Revenue Recognition and recommend/implement improvements.
• Review controls and establish new controls where needed

Skills Needed:

• In-depth knowledge of Revenue Accounting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of US GAAP with an emphasis on Revenue Recognition
• Advanced Excel and MS Office

Educational & Work Requirements:

• Degree: Accounting Degree
• Work Experience: 6-10+ years’ experience gained in Healthcare Accounting
