As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for our clients within the Mortgage lending sector. Your ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and deliver exceptional candidates will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, candidate screening, and candidate submission to our account executives.
• Submit qualified candidates to our account executives for further evaluation and consideration.
• Screen candidates through interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to evaluate their suitability for specific roles.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor insights to effectively consult clients and candidates.
• Conduct outbound sourcing activities to identify potential candidates within the Mortgage industry.

Compensation

• 100% commission, but aggressive compensation

Required

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Prior recruiting or cold calling experience is a must
• Proficient in utilizing recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms for sourcing and candidate management
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates as an external recruiter

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Mortgage lending sector
• Prior experience in recruiting within the Mortgage industry
