Information Technology Recruiter

Job Duties:

• This position focuses on driving the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for technical roles, including Engineering, Product and Project Management, across the Company’s Information Technology & Digital organization.

• Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with the designated jurisdiction to develop candidate pools to enable successful resourcing.

• Influence and provide strategic guidance to business leaders on the approach and process of landing talent.

• Influence and drive the implementation of talent acquisition plans and strategies, assuring a qualified, diverse pool of candidates to fill open positions as well as talent gaps.

• Develop and execute robust search strategies that will attract high caliber talent.

• Analyze and leverage data to develop recruiting and sourcing strategies.

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent 7 -10 years of experience desired.

• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn the various businesses and incorporate that understanding into the development of effective sourcing strategies.

• Energetic and enthusiastic ambassador of the Company brand.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.

• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively, think strategically and identify creative solutions.

• Ability to multi-task; be flexible and manage changing priorities effectively.
