Senior Psychologist Organizational Performance

This position is required to be in Dallas, Texas and we are offering a relocation plan. Additionally, this is a hybrid role and will be required to come into the corporate offices 1-3 times per week.

The Senior Psychologist will support AT&T’s assessment practice in designing and conducting research studies, analyzing data, and developing evidence-based solutions that improve employee performance, organizational culture, and overall business outcomes. This role will work closely with clients to understand their organizational needs and assist in the development of strategies to address those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR professionals and organizational leaders to develop strategies that improve organizational culture, job satisfaction, and employee engagement.
• Work collaboratively with others to support research projects and other initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of research findings to clients and stakeholders, including reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
• Lead in the design and implementation of research studies to identify and analyze factors that affect employee behavior, attitudes, and job performance.
• Provide support to Lead Psychologist, HR Business Partners, Legal and Labor in providing expert consultation to clients on topics such as employee selection.
• Develop and implement assessment tools, such as work samples and interviews in accordance with the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures and other relevant guidelines.
• Conduct data analyses using statistical software to identify patterns and relationships and contribute to the development of recommendations for organizational improvement.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field required. PhD preferred.
• Experience working with unions desired.
• A commitment to staying current with the latest research and trends in I/O psychology.
• Familiarity with the legal landscape as it impacts employment decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex research findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in the use of statistical software such as SPSS or R.
• 1-3 years experience in conducting research and working with organizations on issues related to employee performance, organizational culture, and business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.

Our Senior Psychologists - Organizational Performance earn between $94,300 - $141,500. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
