At least two years of experience leading and coaching others, either directly or indirectly.

Demonstrated ability to use diagnostic skills to translate the theories into practical applications that improve business results

Proven engagement and consulting skills; ability to build sound relationships and work effectively in a highly matrixed environment

Certifications, certificates and/or related professional credentials in communications, human resources, or project management desired.

As a product manager for org effectiveness data & insights, you will be responsible for:

Change Management Professional, Program Management, or Process Improvement experience

Experience with employee engagement, organizational design, organizational effectiveness, strategic planning, change management, and business process re-engineering

Change Management Professional, Program Management, or Process Improvements Certification

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in meeting facilitation

5+ years of related experience

Advanced (pivot tables, data visualization) Excel skills, PowerPoint skills

Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant professional experience

Collaborating with senior HR and Enterprise executive leaders on the end-to-end implementation of culture transformation strategies

Providing thought leadership and consultative insights on implementation solutions

Strong experience in data management, data modeling and statistical analysis

Own our data management process by working with HRBPs to ensure high quality and reflect any org changes being implemented

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
