  • Coach senior leaders to drive decisions and outcomes and build impactful, engaged teams
  • Advise clients on overall talent strategy to drive retention, engagement, and performance
  • Own annual and point-in-time HR process rollouts for internal clients, ensuring full awareness and providing necessary education as needed.
  • Inspire a strong culture of accountability and results orientation.
  • Apply HR planning models to identify competency, knowledge, and talent gaps and run programs to fill gaps and build a strong talent pool.

  • Ability to always exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
  • Problem solver, who solves issues effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility, professionalism, and integrity
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work internally across all teams as well as externally with partners and vendors
  • Outstanding critical thinking, combined with both quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and the ability to use sound judgment, logic, and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Deep understanding of the principles and practical application of HR functions in a global corporate environment
