Overview Educational Psychologists are professionals who specialize in the study of learning and behavior in educational settings. They work with students, teachers, and parents to identify and address learning and behavioral issues in order to improve educational outcomes. They use a variety of techniques, including psychological testing, interviews, and observation, to assess and diagnose learning and behavioral issues. Detailed Job Description Educational Psychologists are responsible for assessing and diagnosing learning and behavioral issues in students. They use a variety of techniques, including psychological testing, interviews, and observation, to identify and address learning and behavioral issues. They work with students, teachers, and parents to develop strategies to improve educational outcomes. They also provide counseling and support to students and their families. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of psychological theories and principles

Job Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Educational Psychology or related field
• Licensure or certification as an Educational Psychologist
• Experience working with students, teachers, and parents
• Knowledge of psychological theories and principles
• Knowledge of learning and behavior
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
