We are developing an AI tax assistant specifically designed for CPA firms, utilizing cutting-edge machine learning technologies to automate tasks typically performed by tax associates. Our product suite includes a client support bot, an internal AI tax research tool and an AI tax planner tool.

We’ve raised pre-seed round capital and launched MVP. We are ready for the next phase of product development.

Description

We are seeking an experienced chatbot Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and deployment of our innovative tax chatbot solutions.

The position starts with a service contract with a competitive service rate and equity.

A perfect candidate would be someone that has recent experience of designing, building, testing and deploying chatbots using ChatGPT or GPT-4.

Primary Job Responsibilities

1.Design, build, test, and deploy chatbot solutions primarily focused on the tax domain.

2.Work with the GPT models (like GPT-3 or GPT-4) and fine-tune them as per our specific use-cases.

3.Engineer effective prompts to extract desired responses from AI models.

4.Build and manage data pipelines, ensuring the smooth flow of data from various sources.

5.Integrate our chatbot solutions with relevant tax-related systems and databases.

6.Establish robust testing and monitoring processes to ensure the optimal performance of our chatbots.

7.Collaborate with different stakeholders including CPAs, tax practitioners, and developers to gather requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.

2.Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.

3.Deep understanding of GPT architectures and experience in fine-tuning these models.

4.Experience in chatbot development and deployment using platforms such as Rasa, DialogFlow, etc.

5.Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, Spacy, etc.

6.Experience in building and managing data pipelines.

7.Domain knowledge in taxation is highly desirable.

8.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

9.Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest advancements in the AI field.
