We are looking for a creative designer who can help us tell the StartEngine story as well as grow our business as well as the companies fundraising on our platform. As a vital member of the marketing team, you will develop compelling visuals and creatives across key touch points, from concept to execution. You're someone who is truly passionate about design and world-class ideas. You have the ability to understand a brand's look and feel to quickly establish art direction, style, and tone for all creative projects.

What will you be doing?

• Collaborate on a wide range of projects, including brand campaigns, ad campaigns, events and product launches across a range of mediums (web/digital, interactive, and print)
• Elevate the visual identity of the StartEngine brand through high quality creative design that is consistent across multiple channels
• Working with writers and marketers to conceptualize and create innovative work that helps us push big ideas through to art
• Manage design projects independently. Drive cross-functional design projects from start to finish
• Create high-quality work that excites our clients and investors, meets company objectives, and reinforces the StartEngine brand

Experience that excites us:

• Having a deep understanding and passion for the design process and love for the little details
• Demonstrated success creating visuals for different channels and formats (we MOST DEFINITELY want to admire your portfolio :)
• A genuine passion for fintech/finance and helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams!! (this is absolutely critical)
• Knowledgeable in different design categories , such as: graphic design, marketing and sales collateral, web design, photo manipulation, and ads
• Heavy email marketing design experience
