Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising the visual direction and producing assets at the same time including building brand guidelines and creating design templates for a variety of mediums such as ebooks, downloadable guides, research studies, social media posts, website graphics, and paid campaign graphics. Primary Responsibilities

• Design creative graphics to use in paid advertising campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team to translate marketing objectives into compelling and impactful visual content.
• Develop brand guidelines and set the visual tone for the brand and its marketing channels and assets.
• Develop graphics for product illustrations for the website in addition to thumbnails and logos for content series.
• Create and design various materials for digital collateral, such as ebooks, downloadable guides, research studies, and social media graphics.
• Collaborate with team members to launch projects on time and within budget.

Preferred Competencies

• At least 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital and B2B SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• An impressive portfolio of past work including a variety of digital materials.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design ideas and collaborate with feedback clearly and effectively.
• Detail-oriented and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
