ABOUT THUNDERFOOT
Thunderfoot is a digital marketing and creative agency built by an integrated and international team of content creators, strategists, designers, and developers. We help organizations reimagine and deliver their most ambitious digital projects and initiatives.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Thunderfoot’s Creative team is a small, agile group that solves diverse creative problems for our clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic Graphic Designer who brings an open-minded mentality to every project, is excited to learn new tools and processes, and works well with others. As a key member of our growing Creative team, you will work to support our mission of bringing our clients’ brand narratives to life through graphic design, visual branding, and custom storytelling formats. Strong candidates will have experience collaborating across teams and using design software to produce best-in-class creative for multiple B2B organizations.

Portfolio required for consideration.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are detail-oriented and have a strong sense of composition.
  • You are an ambitious, highly skilled, and extremely organized designer.
  • You are skilled in the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily, but not limited to, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop).
  • You are a true team player who is not afraid to jump in and tackle a new assignment, no matter how challenging or unfamiliar.
  • You have some experience in motion design (After Effects/Premiere Pro)
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in a design-oriented role.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • You are comfortable with fast-paced environments, quick timelines, and changing priorities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design and deliver a variety of visual content, including social media graphics, decks, sales and marketing collateral, and white papers.
  • Work with Thunderfoot’s Content and Digital Strategy teams to develop an understanding of what our clients do and incorporate our clients’ brand narratives into the design process.
  • Work with our Creative team to develop custom digital and print sales and marketing collateral for both Thunderfoot and our clients.
