What We Need


You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid social campaigns to drive targeted traffic, conversions, and revenue for Maisonette's digital marketing initiatives. You will leverage your expertise in paid social strategies and creative best practices to develop and execute innovative campaigns that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with your manager and cross-functional teams, such as marketing, analytics, and creative, to ensure cohesive and effective online advertising efforts. As a Sr. Manager, you will have a chance manage 1-2 direct reports across paid social or affiliate teams.


What You'll Do


  • Collaborate with the Affiliate team to develop profitable, long-term partner programs.
  • Conduct regular analyses of paid social campaigns to identify opportunities for incrementality and implement changes accordingly.
  • Optimize campaigns through continuous monitoring, testing, and analysis of performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), lifetime value (LTV) and other relevant KPIs.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance, including budget allocation, targeting strategies, and ad formats.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize creative, landing pages, and other campaign elements to drive improved results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Meta, and TikTok product updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the paid social and affiliate landscape.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategies across multiple platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok) to achieve performance goals.
  • Conduct audience research, creative recommendations, bid management, product catalog and landing page optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, analytics, and creative, to ensure seamless integration of paid social efforts with other digital marketing initiatives.


About You


  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta campaigns (eCommerce experience is a plus)
  • Experience with app advertising is a plus
  • Experience with Looker, Looker Studio and Google Sheets reporting
  • People management experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Good understanding of paid social best practices in regards of structure, bidding, targeting and creative
  • Experience managing affiliate partners


Salary & Perks


  • $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience
  • 100% remote with option to work from the Brooklyn office as desired
