My client is an independent media agency in New York looking to grow their business with exciting accounts in the Retail and Luxury industries.

This opportunity is to own end-to-end campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest while managing a team of 2 associates.

The Job

As the Paid Social manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Report to internal and external stakeholders on company and client performance.
• Execute, and optimize campaigns according to client’s goals.
• Own Paid social strategy, budgets and met targets.
• Own and manage Paid Social campaigns on multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with search and organic social teams in the agency.
• Onboard and manage multiple clients with a wide range of budgets.

You

For the role of Paid Social manager, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read data and generate understandable performance reports.
• A proven passion for digital media/advertising & technology.
• Experience across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• 3+ years of paid social experience in an agency setting working with eCommerce accounts.
• Confidence in reporting to clients in a consistent manner.
• Understanding of Organic Social media is a plus.
