Job Responsibilities:

• Assist teammates with business development and financial planning
• Design and implement processes that optimize the client experience
• Manage post-sale activity with a focus on relationship building, planning, coaching, and execution
• Meta, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Reddit, UGC/Content Sourcing, Further Channel Expansion, Baseline knowledge of Google, Sire and CRM functions of businesses
• Benchmark, measure, and report on campaign performance
• Manage and deliver paid social digital marketing services, including but not limited to:
• Onboard new clients, develop initial marketing strategies and develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to strategize, plan, and execute campaigns
• Become the expert our clients rely on for digital best practices, industry trends, and new technology
• Website services (CRO, SEO, etc.)
• Content sourcing & marketing

Requirements:

• A strong work ethic and internal drive to succeed
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and objectives
• A track record of achievement
• 1-3 years of client-facing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in teams and collaborative environments
• An entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality
• Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving abilities
• 1-3 years of in-platform experience with Meta/FB/IG ads
