Riceland Foods is hiring a Senior Manager Training & Culture. The Senior Manager Training and Development role is best suited for a highly energetic and passionate individual who is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering new training programs and initiatives for the business as well as overseeing the activities of the junior training and development department. He/she conducts need analysis by meeting with the business’s leadership to identify gaps and avail effective solutions that build on employee competencies within the business.
The Senior Manager Training and Development develops, delivers, and evaluates training programs that improve performance of employees at all levels of the business and deliver overall business success. The Senior Manager Training and Development is also responsible for the overall management of training systems, content, and support materials in the business.
Job Duties
•The Senior Manager Training and Development develops, delivers, and evaluates training programs that improve performance of employees at all levels of the business and deliver overall business success.
•Track and evaluate training needs.
•Implement company Culture, Diversity & Inclusion program.
Preferred Requirements
•The Senior Manager Training and Development must have a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred) in Training & Development, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any other related field. The equivalent of this requirement in working experience is also acceptable.
