What You Will Learn
Manage tactical responsibilities for eCommerce supply chain, acting as a liaison between L’Oréal LDB eCommerce Brands, IT, Operations and Distribution Center logistics. Individual will be responsible to manage day to day activities between LDB eCommerce, LDB Supply Chain, Fulfillment & Distribution/Order Management System (OMS) teams to elevate customer experience while optimizing performance.
This position requires a highly productive individual who can drive timely, harmonized and fluid communication between internal stakeholders across the L’Oréal LDB eCommerce portfolio. This includes daily coordination of supply chain activities across all functional areas (planning, distribution centers, customer service and order management/fulfillment) to optimize the eCommerce processing and work environment. It also requires and individual with a high level of interpersonal skills and diplomacy, and a demonstrated ability to justify fulfillment priorities.

• Reviewing and understanding of Open Order/troubleshooting with IT teams through completion.
• Monitor/generate daily/monthly metrics to call out opportunities to elevate customer experience and or optimized fulfillment E2E eCommerce flow.
• Ongoing inventory review across all distribution centers to ensure proper service level and DC utilization
• Support Operations leads and eCommerce leads in all aspects of strategy, road mapping and budgeting.
• Day to day liaison with LDB eCommerce Teams, Supply Chain, Distribution Centers, and 3rd party vendors. Includes issues and escalation management.
• Chair recurring tactical meetings with all teams involved with the E2E eCommerce teams, project management and lead planning for Q4 Peak Season (Black Friday/Cyberweek) for seamless execution.

Required Qualifications

• High level of proficiency with Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit, attention to details, customer centric service orientation, improves performance (i.e. improves work process to save time & resources) and creative in problem solving.
• Familiar with executive level reporting and communications.
• Thrives in fast paces environment.
• Proven track of driving fulfillment results from eCommerce & digital marketing initiatives
• Knowledge of current digital media trends, promotional strategies, and techniques.
• Thinks strategically but stay on top of tactical execution.
• Multitasker by nature who can manage multiple processes with high level of quality and consistency.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, possessing the ability to work with cross functional teams including eCommerce, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Customer Care.
• Knowledge of both digital creative and digital marketing across multiple channels and platforms.
• 5 years relevant business experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) and SAP are a plus
