Responsibilities
Take charge of creating and managing comprehensive project plans, ensuring seamless coordination, and successful delivery of consulting projects.
Monitor budgets, efficiently allocate resources, and maintain project status reports, keeping both internal and external teams informed and aligned.
Be the backbone of our team, providing essential support to Spinnaker SCA resources, partners, and customer teams, guiding them towards project success.
Showcase your creative side by assisting in the creation of engaging slide decks for clients, capturing their attention and presenting ideas with flair.
Champion clear and effective communication through standard project dashboards and other mediums, building strong connections with all stakeholders.
Exhibit your organizational prowess by maintaining department files, shared calendars, and SharePoint sites, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Be the guardian of project quality by reviewing deliverables for completeness, ensuring they align perfectly with the Statement of Work (SOW).
Master the art of scheduling, skillfully coordinating multiple clients' needs to ensure smooth project execution.
Play an integral role in essential administrative tasks that support the success of our consulting projects.
Qualifications
Bring your enthusiasm and dedication to the table, with a minimum of 1 year in project management or 2 years in project coordination of systems implementations with logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment operations (highly preferred).
Showcase your excellent communication skills and remarkable organizational abilities, coupled with experience in budget management.
Demonstrate your familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or similar software, enhancing our team's efficiency.
