Manager, Supply Chain Jobs

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This person will analyze supply chain planning requirements and constraints to ensure supply meets Hint’s business demand and innovation requirements. You'll help optimize our supply chain processes and strategies to push the Hint brand forward solidifying our place in the market as a must-have beverage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) efforts to manage network-wide inventory availability relative to open orders
• Support S&OP process
• Design and prepare models, systems, and metrics for capacity planning and controlling tasks
• Responsible for producing annual budgets within your managed categories
• Develop pre-build strategies to offset capacity constraints
• Compile and deliver capacity reports detailing environmental limitations and recommendations for mitigation
• Collaborate with key cross-functional team members to gather and identify opportunities for process optimization
• Manage supply chain planning and production requirements Hint Kids, Hint Aluminium Cans, Hint Sparkling programs
• Manage Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) inventory carrying requirements and allocation plans. Work with the DTC Marketing team on campaign/promo requirements
• Coordinate Amazon order fulfillment and provide support to the E-commerce Manager
• Analyze service trends and identify areas for focus and improvement
• Undertake capacity-controlling activities comparing planned output with actual output
• Host and lead weekly calls with associated supply chain partners
• Provide Root Cause Analysis for OTC Fill/Service Issues
• Coordinate with the Supply Planning/Demand Planning/distribution leaders to ensure the appropriate allocation of resources to meet capacity requirements
• Identify capacity issues to drive decisions for resource allocation

Requirements

• Strong analytical capability; advanced expertise with Excel applications (interactive excel, macros) required
• Must be willing to travel occasionally to vendor and co-manufacturer sites
• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Supply Chain, or Analytics
• Experience using ERP and other information systems
• Must understand Supply Chain planning and inventory management functions and strategies
• The ability to prioritize tasks to deliver against tight deadlines
• Needs to be a motivated self-starter to manage associated programs end-to-end
• Experience implementing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Ability to work laterally with partners to produce results
• Highly collaborative nature and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Must be willing to work Eastern Standard Time business hours
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and serving many partners in a fast-moving environment
• Must host weekly calls with associated supply chain partners
• 5+ years of proven Supply Chain data analytics experience within the CPG space

• Base salary of $90,000-110,000, based on territory and experience. Actual salary offer may vary based on location and work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future
