Supply Chain Associate Jobs

Our operations team play a huge role in the success of our customers' experience ensuring we deliver on our promise of never being out of stock 🍛. To help ensure we continue to deliver on our promise, we are looking for a new Supply Chain Associate (Production Planning) to join our operations team.

This role will see you take responsibility for production planning for a number of our manufacturing partners🏭. You’ll take full responsibility for getting the right products produced and materials ordered at the right time to keep everything in stock in time for our customers.

You’ll oversee the production planning for a portfolio of finished goods to ensure that we have the right amount of stock at all times. Monitoring and communicating stock availability and finished goods supply risks to the wider business and solving issues wherever possible 🚩

Building strong, direct operational relationships will be key in this role to ensure Huel gets the best service out of our co-manufacturers, distribution centers and storage partners.

What we're looking for in you

This role will best suit someone with around 1-3 years of experience working in Supply Chain. You may have been a recent graduate on a placement, or have gained industry experience🎓. Building strong relationships is crucial to this role as you manage our suppliers, so this would suit someone with excellent people skills, who feels they can negotiate well🤝

Experience in using an ERP system will be advantageous, and it's critical that you are proficient with either excel or google sheets📊. Keeping track of raw material stock levels and where it is needed for production is a SUPER important part in the effectiveness of our supply chain and it forms the basis of a lot of this role.

💸 A competitive salary range of $60,000 -$70,000 per annum depending on your skills and experience
