JOB SUMMARY

Dashing Diva is seeking an exceedingly detail-oriented and analytical Planning Manager in the Supply Chain Management department to manage and maintain inventory needs for our B2B and B2C businesses. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish standard operating procedures for purchasing and monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of procedures
• Contribute to the overall logistics planning cycle for nail products and B2B and B2C customers, managing a team of 5 SCM associates
• Improve the demand planning by operating strategic supply forecast considering the lead time based on market demand status
• Analyze customers’ demands to deal with errors and suggest improvement plans with the business stakeholders
• Oversee the PO database and maintains open PO quantities for accurate data information
• Collect data and analyze for inventory management, manufacturing decisions, and delivery schedules
• Report revenue, expense, and cost projection to management on a regular basis

QUALIFICATIONS

• Deadline-oriented; proven ability to meet timing expectations
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide direction to overseas vendors
• Strong work ethic, results-oriented, and proactive
• 5+ years of experience in a Planning and/or purchasing position
• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field
• A good understanding of sourcing and the ability to maintain vendor/client relationships
• Ability to work independently but also thrives while working alongside others
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills
• In-depth knowledge of purchasing functions, inventory and supply management systems
