What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Director of Supply Chain, you'll play a vital role in our mission. You'll be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory management, and vendor partnerships. You'll be the driving force behind our growing business, collaborating with multiple teams to make it happen.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to ensure everything runs smoothly, helping us achieve our goals.
Lead and mentor our talented team of supply chain professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.
Manage and nurture our partnerships with co-manufacturers, ensuring they stay engaged and accountable.
Utilize your negotiation skills to secure the best contracts and pricing from vendors.
Use data and analytics to identify trends and implement cost-saving strategies.
Build and enhance redundancy in our supply chain, making us more resilient.
Who You Are
You have a solid background (5+ years) in managing supply chain operations, especially in co-manufacturing environments.
You're experienced in managing teams, vendors, and partnerships, and you're a skilled negotiator.
Your analytical skills are top-notch, and you're a problem-solving pro.
