Purpose of Role:

This position provides an environment for you to use your technical creativity and problem solving skills to improve our HR Shared Services. As a member of our team, you will help define standard processes and add structure to various HRIS systems supporting HR, Payroll and Benefits. We embrace change and evolution, and as we grow, new opportunities arise to improve existing processes, providing greater efficiencies that benefit Weir, our HR teams and ultimately enhance the employee experience.
