Who you are:
Raistone is seeking a part-time HRIS Administrator to provide support for the HR team.
This position is remote and is part-time hourly reduced schedule.
What you'll do:
Maintain all aspects of HRIS, Extensis administration
- Complete all staff changes in Extensis for approval (i.e., manager/title/department/pay changes
- Enter Bi-Weekly payroll by calculating, entering hours and documenting pay changes, as well as review/communicate with Dean Marnell CHANGE TO PEO
- PTO policy administration in Extensis
- Internal reporting, standard monthly reports for accounting, etc.
- Enter new hires into Extensis and ensure complete personnel records (i.e., tax forms, I-9, direct deposit)
Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding
- Assist Managers to schedule interviews, screen applicants
- Liaise with IT, managers and new hires on IT equipment
- Draft offer letters and send for review
- Comp Analyst – run new hire pay grades
- Maintain On-Boarding Status reports
- Ensure all new hires have a smooth and seamless on-boarding experience
- Post Job Ads to Linked In, using filters and searching candidates
- Set Up new applicant background checks in JDP
Training
- Set up mandatory HR Compliance training in Mineral
- Assist with setting up tracks for Mineral professional development program
Benefits/Leave Administration
- Leave administration, Assist employees needing Paid Parental Leave pay
- Assist employees with their benefits enrollment or changes via Extensis
- Ability to translate and clarify company policies for fair and equitable compliance.
- Assist employees with any questions relating to 401k plan or ESOP
Performance Management
- Familiarity with Competency based performance reviews and KPI’s metrics
- Assist in maintaining Performance Review software and training managers
Communications
- Assist with planning Company events, book WeWork
- Update and publish Org Charts as changes occur
- Assist with building and updating new SharePoint service center
- Stay abreast of current employment laws and regulations, and ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Prepare information for Company All-Hands Call (i.e. anniversary, staffing updates)

Reporting
- Run reports and furnish to Accounting for PTO carryover
- Compile data, as needed for audits
What you bring:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist with Federal and State law, as well as HR/Payroll systems administration.
- Requires critical thinking, effective communication, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations, and ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Experience with 15Five Performance management software
- Relevant certifications or training in HR/Payroll systems (e.g., Extensis) is preferred.
