Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Service & Systems Division is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative (Senior FSR) to join our team. This position will be based out of our Las Vegas, NV office location. This position offers a company vehicle and relocation assistance is available!
The expected annual salary range for this role is $73,500 - $107,800 a year.

What you’ll do:
As a Senior Field Service Representative, you will provide field service support and consultation such as acceptance testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of low, medium, and high voltage systems. You will advise customers and provide best technical solutions to solve customer issues. You will complete assigned jobs with assistance from lead technicians and engineers. In addition, you will conduct required tests and calibration using test equipment and check and maintain equipment to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver technical solutions to customers
- Display proficiency in the following: Test Equipment Operation, Troubleshooting Techniques, Protective Relays, Power Quality Measurements, Disaster Recovery, Rotating Machinery, Protection & Control Design
- Perform less conventional complex engineering assignments that may involve equipment or product design, testing of materials, process studies, or research investigations
- Work on assigned projects for electrical equipment
Qualifications:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
- High School Diploma or higher AND a minimum of 3 year of field service experience evaluating and servicing electrical distribution or control systems
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical or engineering technology) from an accredited institution.
- Experience performing power quality measurements, troubleshooting, and analysis is highly desirable.
- Experience with protective relays is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Submit to periodic customer required background and drug screenings.
- Knowledge and practice of safety precautions related to working with electrical and electronic equipment.
- Understanding of the company's and competitor's electrical, electronic and mechanical products and services.
- Demonstrated ability to provide service and represent company interests in developing customer relationships to assure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Strong computer skills
