Here’s what you can expect in the role as a Home Inspection Field Representative:
The Home Inspection Field Representative position exists to contact with new and existing delinquent customers.
Job Duties:

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Completes written condition reports.
• Establishes contact with delinquent customers.
• Work cordially with Supervisors, Senior Account Representatives, and Account Representatives to solve delinquency problems.
• Alters locks when necessary.
• Winterizes home when necessary.
• Determine condition of Mobile Homes and site-built homes.

What you’ll need to qualify:

• Willing to learn, hard-working, determined, and assertive.
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must have good computer skills as well as experience in Outlook and Excel.
• Must be self-motivated with good time management skills as well as being a team player.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and insured transportation.
• Must live in area of job opening and be willing to travel extensively with 4 overnight stays.
• Must have a clear understanding of collection and repossession procedures.
• Willingness and ability to complete assigned work efficiently.

• Change door locks and winterize homes.
• Ability to identify and assess account status and determine appropriate process.
• Must be able to drive 95% of every day, work outside, and drive-in all-weather conditions including heat, cold, rain and snow.
• 50% communication methods face to face and 50% completed over the phone and via e-mail combined.
• Must be able to exchange accurate information at all times.
• Constantly operate a laptop and other office machinery, such as a cell phone, digital camera and download pictures, GPS, scanner, and printer.
