Overview A Lead Field Service Representative is responsible for providing technical support and customer service to customers in the field. They are responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing customer equipment, as well as providing training and guidance to other Field Service Representatives. Detailed Job Description The Lead Field Service Representative is responsible for providing technical support and customer service to customers in the field. The Lead Field Service Representative is also responsible for ensuring that customer service standards are met and that customer satisfaction is maintained.
