Job Description

Who is Greater Good Health?

Across the United States, the 65+ population continues to increase rapidly while the number of physicians focused on primary care is declining significantly. In fact, it is expected that the shortage of PCPs will reach over 120,000 by 2030. To meet the needs of an aging population and combat declining access to care, Greater Good Health is opening its inaugural nurse practitioner-led primary care clinics in Montana in partnership with a large national payer partner.

In preparation for the opening of our first primary care clinics in Q3 2023, we are looking to add a Field Marketing Coordinator to the Marketing team! This role will report to the Vice President of Marketing and will work alongside market teams to manage hyperlocal marketing initiatives, including the strategy and programming of the large community spaces in our clinics. The ideal candidate willthrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, be excited to wear multiple “hats,” and get fired up about building from zero to one. If this sounds like a good fit for you, apply and let's start the conversation!

What will you do as a Field Marketing Coordinator?

As the Field Marketing Coordinator, you will have an opportunity to set a precedent for how the Marketing team collaborates with local market teams to drive patient acquisition and engagement.

  • Support Sr. Manager, Broker Relations & Community Outreach in managing master event calendar, sponsorships, and event execution (e.g., shipping marketing materials, coordinating lead capture).
  • With input from market teams, develop quarterly event and activity calendars for the community spaces in our clinics that meet the needs and interests of the communities we serve.
  • Manage the marketing and execution of events and activities in the community spaces in our clinics. When appropriate, collaborate with the Patient Liaison and Sr. Manager, Broker Relations. Execution could include setting up registration pages & workflows, securing speakers, ordering food & beverage, coordinating giveaways, and tracking event effectiveness.
