Senior Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. Our coordinators are the fuel that keeps our recruiting engine running. We want to ensure that every candidate that walks into the company feels the excitement we have for our future success drivers. And the first impression sets the tone for the whole experience! It starts with you!

Responsibilities:

• Able to communicate professionally in formal emails & calls to candidates and managers
• Work with candidates & hiring teams to ensure everyone is in the loop
• Assist with general recruitment duties
• Ensure interviews are set up, people are prepped, etc.
• Administrative and recruitment operation processes and practices
• Manage candidate experience

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-starter with a great work ethic
• 1+ year professional experience in recruiting coordination or administration
• Experience working with candidates and hiring managers to schedule and coordinate the process through the finish line
• Driven and creative self-starter with passion to go above and beyond and takes pride in their work
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
• Applicant Tracking System experience a plus (Greenhouse is what we use)

Pay Rate: $35-$40
