Alchemy is actively seeking a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing team in New York. As an early member of our talent acquisition efforts, you’ll partner with our recruiters and coordinate high-volume interviews within our fast-paced team. We’re looking for someone that will represent Alchemy to ensure that every candidate has the best possible interview experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate professionally with our candidates (and internal team!) and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Assist with timely and accurate completion of data to all applicant tracking systems and docs
  • Track all candidates’ onsite experiences and serve as point of contact
  • Partner with our recruiters to improve upon existing process and programs and to develop and roll out fun, creative ways to acquire talent
  • Manage the all-important candidate experience from scheduling phone/video calls to handling onsite and virtual interviews


What We're Looking For:

  • Incredible organizational skills; superb attention to detail
  • Creativity and is process-driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
  • 1+ years of scheduling or coordination experience
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Ability to be a team player; adept at working with multiple people at any given time
  • Ability to connect and interact with different types of people
  • Flexibility: able to shift tasks and priorities in a big way at the drop of a hat; comfortable working with ambiguity
