As a Recruiting Coordinator for the Sales Recruiting team, you will partner with the Recruiting team and Leadership teams across the business to organize calendars and schedule interviews for a high volume of candidates in our hiring process. We are one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley and you will be essential to the continuous growth!
Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Recruiting and leadership teams across the country to collaborate during the hiring process.
• Deliver a high quality candidate experience.
• High volume scheduling interview scheduling, travel arrangements for candidates, and onsite candidate management.
• Track and document candidate communications in the ATS.
• Partner closely with sales recruiters to effectively schedule every step of the interview process.
• Event planning for Recruiting pipeline.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a recruiting-related role.
• Commitment to excellence and top performance.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Superb organization and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple internal priorities in a time sensitive matter.
• Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast paced, start up environment.

Employee Pay Disclosures
At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. For this role, Verkada estimates a starting annual base salary will fall in the range of approximately $50,000 – 150,000. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. Annual base salary is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package.
