Recruiting Coordinator - Looking To Hire Asap!

A non-profit company located in LA, is looking to add to it's recruiting department to cover a maternity leave.
This Recruiting Coordinator position is assisting a high volume recruiting department with a heavy req load. This role is hyrbid - schedule to be determinted, but must have high speed internet. If you are a self-starter, can work in a fast-paced environment, and can work in a vibrant team environment, this is the role for you.
This is a long term temp role, covering a medical leave. Local candidates only.
MUST be vaccinated with one booster - medical and religous exceptions only.
Qualified candidates must have:

• Managing a candidate pipeline
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to connect with candidates in regards to onboarding, background and drug test scheduling
• Onboarding in HRIS systems
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
• Able to post, screen and interview candidates for open positions
• At least two years of recruiting or recruiting coordinating experience
• Saleforce and Dayforce experience preferred - must have used a ATS
• Coordinating all candidate onboarding compliance, background checks, I9, testing
• Able to manage a positive candidate experience

$25-27/hr - this is a long term temp position
