We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join rapidly growing company as the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This key leadership position will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization and ensuring its continued success. APPLY TODAY!
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the company, providing accurate and timely insights into the financial performance and key metrics. Prepare comprehensive analysis and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads and senior management to develop financial plans, targets, and projections. Monitor budget performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop long-term financial strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's growth objectives. Provide financial insights, scenario analysis, and decision support to facilitate strategic planning and resource allocation.
Bilingual Skills: Preferred proficiency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders in diverse markets. Able to translate financial concepts and reports for non-English speakers, as needed.
System Implementation: Oversee the implementation of financial planning and reporting systems, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration and user adoption.
Excel Power User: Utilize advanced Excel skills to build and maintain complex financial models, conduct data analysis, and automate reporting processes. Provide training and guidance to finance team members to enhance their Excel proficiency.
Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing FP&A team on international scale, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
