Sr. Director, Creative Production

The Sr. Director Creative Production will work directly with the production team, business

the leadership team and creative teams on the development and execution of all creative elements

related to a project to ensure the highest level of execution is achieved and the final result

aligns with the goals and objectives approved by the Client.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact and liaison for all creative production and technical

vendors as applicable, including but not limited to Master Planners, Scenic Fabricators

Creative Technology, Sound, Lights, Video, Graphics.

• Brief 3D artists, creatives, designers & architects to bring creative vision to life
• Research and source furniture, displays, fixtures, and props as needed from external
• Be a creative lead on the experiential and environmental design from concept to execution
• Manage vendors, troubleshoot design concepts, and value engineering where needed
• Curates lists of desired vendors, as well as, develop and manage the RFP process

• Manage the work back schedule related to necessary creative reviews, approvals, and

execution to ensure we deliver milestones on time

• Ensure proper time is scheduled for internal reviews ahead of external presentations

with clients

• Oversight of Monday.com workflow as necessary for the development of creative & working

files

• Research, identify, and liaise with creative production vendors including but not limited
• Management of fabrication timelines and elements
• Management of print orders & submissions

to print vendors, fabricators, rental furniture and decor vendors, artists, etc. inclusive of

daily communications, contracting, invoicing, and reviewing estimates

General Scope:

• The Sr. Director Creative Production reports into the SVP, Live Events and Executive

Creative Director depending on tasks & relative ownership.

• Sr. Director Creative Production will be expected to work collaboratively with Business

Leadership & Creative teams to ensure alignment related to client needs & expectations.

• This role is expected to be client facing, you may be asked to engage in video calls &

daily communications with clients via meetings, email, and Slack.

• While day-to-day work will largely be on a work-from-home/remote basis, this role may

require some travel & active onsite presence related to the execution of the event.

If travel is required relative to event needs, travel costs will be reimbursed/expensed by the project budget.

When it comes to deciding on compensation, there are several unique variables at play. As it stands, a fair estimate for the current salary range would be in the range of $150,000 to $170,000. We will consider freelance, fractional and fulltime applicants for this role. Compensation decision factors include but are not limited to experience, training, skill set, business needs, and travel requirements.
