Mantell Associates has formed a partnership with a growing CDMO who is searching for a Senior Manager Production to join the company.

Senior Manager Production - Responsibilities:

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted production and delivery of high-quality products
• Manufacturing Process Optimization: evaluate and enhance manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness, while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Technical Leadership: Provide strategic direction and technical leadership in the development, scale-up, and optimization of viral vector manufacturing processes and associated technologies
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Research and Development, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Project Management, to ensure seamless integration and successful execution of projects
• Able to lead scenario planning, options analysis, and risk management activities
• Documentation and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all technical activities and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management

Senior Manager Production - Requirements:

• Experience with manufacturing/service agreement contracting
• At least over 5 years of hands-on experience in a senior position
• Experience supporting regulatory submissions
• Experience managing client relationships
• Highly organised and capable of leading/pursuing multiple projects independently
• Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams
