This is a full-time, salaried, remote position. Eligible applicants must be located within the Continental U.S., Eastern time zone highly preferred. Applicants must submit a PORTFOLIO to be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute visual designs that align with clients' objectives, brand guidelines, and project requirements
• Catalog produced images and graphics for future projects
• Create various formats of production-ready artwork and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production
• Create PDFs for print and review
• Follow development timelines to ensure projects are completed on time
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in video editing, motion graphics, and design, and integrate innovative ideas into our work
• Create and manipulate graphics through Adobe Creative Suite apps such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Use great design skills to develop sales materials, social media graphics, online image content, and corporate literature

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to design professional-quality graphics and page layouts for both print and web
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ years of Adobe Creative Suite experience including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Dreamweaver
• Self-motivated, able to manage and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and under close direction
• Experience in a deadline-driven environment

• Strong analytical, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and follow-up
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• Strong inherent knowledge of layout, color, grids, icons, typography, margins, and proportion with the ability to apply all to your work.
• 2+ years professional work experience in the creative design field
• Ability to use InDesign to create marketing banners and ads, color-correct images, and optimize graphics for web

Computer Skills

• Basic level of experience using Internet Explorer or other web browsers (Must have the ability to perform functions such as navigating through websites via hyperlinks and searching websites using various search engines and boomerang searches.)
• Basic level of experience using Microsoft Outlook (Must be able to perform functions such as composing, sending, forwarding, and replying to incoming e-mail, attaching computerized files, and utilizing calendar and task reminders.)
• Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Computer literate in a Microsoft Windows environment
• Basic level of experience using Microsoft Word. Must have the ability to perform functions such as composing, editing, naming and saving documents, formatting text, and printing

Compensation
