Associate Creative Director - Art

Our client, a healthcare marketing agency (based in South Florida), is looking for ACD, Art who is passionate about creating groundbreaking work in the health care space. This role can sit anywhere in the state of Florida, though travel to the office in South Florida is required on a monthly/bi-monthly basis.
Responsibilities:

• Displays creative problem-solving skills across various mediums.
• Possesses excellent communication skills, effectively conveying ideas and messages.
• Ensures outstanding campaign and creative quality throughout the team and the projects they oversee.
• Demonstrates exceptional ability to generate innovative and compelling concepts.
• Establishes strong partnerships with external vendors to maintain high creative standards.
• Collaborates with other departments to seamlessly integrate creative ideas into comprehensive campaigns.
• Provides effective mentorship to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with the hands-on ability to create files from scratch, including mock-ups, storyboards, and graphics.
• Skilled in presenting and selling ideas, creative strategies, and rationale, both internally and externally.
• Capable of preparing for, planning, and attending video and photoshoots, providing valuable input and direction.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• After Effects, Lightroom, HTML/CSS a plus but not necessary.
• Ad Agency Experience
