Job Description

Look, here’s the deal. The internet created a new world order for the media. A wave of DIY dissenters that challenged the very definition of entertainment. A bunch of accidental media empires. You know, people at home with cameras and laptops. In the early days, the old guard moved too slow and now they’re sinking like dinosaurs in tar pits. We’re quick and agile. New media mammals. The next stage in the entertainment evolution. For 10 years, independent creators have outpaced and outgrown traditional networks. As they’re growth has slowed, ours has only sped up. What were once considered a novelty, or worse, fads, now have audiences that eclipse the biggest TV networks.


Made In Network started in 2013. It’s a familiar story, we grabbed some cameras, our friends, and created a bunch of YouTube channels. The channels grew to a few thousand subscribers, then a few million, then came the brand deals, and product lines and media empires. Fast forward to today; we’re a powerhouse of 12 independent brands with 150M combined subscribers generating over 800M monthly views. That’s 5 Billion minutes watched PER MONTH.


We don’t think we’re onto something. We know we are. We are the largest & most influential entertainment network you’ve never heard of. And our reach is growing by the millions. Every. Single. Day.


What we are looking for:

We are currently looking for a Senior Creative to be part of our growing team of creative minds. Someone comfortable with getting their hands dirty to bring something new to life from the ground up.


What you’ll be working on:

Quick, serialized content made for the internet. A ton of it. Hundreds of hours of content across food, gaming, pop culture, music and more.


The task at hand:

Lead creative development and oversee creative production on multiple series at one time:

  • Provide mentorship to junior members of the team.
  • Be the driving force behind all creative for a project from conception through delivery, including anything from brainstorming and show development to leading shoots, casting, light production needs, working with talent, overseeing edits, final polishing, and beyond.
  • Communicate directly with clients, as needed, as it pertains to concepts, creative development, and production.
  • Collaborate with project management to manage team tasks, next steps, bandwidth, and needed resources.
  • Manage creative coordination between a fully remote team.
  • Lead creative projects that include but are not limited to;Serialized short form programming,Longform docuseries,Social first content,Branding & messaging strategy,and more.
  • Develop new business pitches & media kits for our brand studio work, branded creator partnerships, content integrations and more.
  • Harmonious collaboration with executive producers during the production process, while also being able to drive internal creative and production teams through concepting, production, and delivery.
  • Schedule development for projects given client needs, current projects and various processes.
  • Collaborate with project management and business development to meet project and client needs.
  • Work with DPM or VP to develop or customize any project-specific tasks or needs.


The ideal candidate;

  • A wide range of creative chops - from art direction to copywriting to editing, you can do a little bit of everything.
  • A pro at time management, ensuring teams know timing for meetings, milestones, deliverables & completion.
  • Ability to thrive in a DIY environment.
  • A strong understanding of agency, media, and production processes.
  • An understanding of sales and an interest in building an agency.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to sell through big ideas in simple ways.
  • Nimble creativity, grit and some entrepreneurial street cred.
  • A cool, calm and collected approach to problem solving.
  • Willing to collaborate with whoever is needed to meet client goals.
  • A strong self-awareness and people-management skills.
  • Has 3 - 100 years of experience of post-college experience, preferably in the digital space
  • Strong leadership skills and the confidence to make on the fly creative decisions.
  • Comfortable being client-facing to speak to concepts, design, production, and tactical considerations.
  • An understanding of Keynote and comfortable building beautiful decks from scratch.
  • Occasionally over-binges on obscure content found deep inside of streaming catalogues and reddits.
  • An understanding of Gen Z pop culture programming, an encyclopedic knowledge of the internet, and a sixth sense for the latest trends.
