Get to Know the Opportunity:
The CI Senior Change Agent will be responsible for supporting the successful deployment and sustainability of Continuous Improvement methodologies The CI Senior Change Agent will be tasked with coaching and mentoring business units’ managers Leaders to ensure their assigned business unit/ functional area works in a CI fashion in a sustainable manner.
The Contributions You'll Make:
  • Facilitation, coaching and support of Deployment and Sustainability activities linked to Voya’s CI Methodologies
  • Role model behaviors & Leadership style that reflects the intrinsic qualities of the Continuous Improvement competencies
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements that mature the CI practices
  • Partnering effectively to drive our culture and execute on our common goals.
  • Analyzing data and problem solving data to reach a well-reasoned solution
  • Coaching teams on how to remove complex roadblocks, hand conflict management and develop high performing teams
  • Support Assessment of the CI Maturity of the teams and coaches them to higher levels of maturity
  • Support responsibility for business area continuous improvement budget
  • Acts as a mentor to Business Leaders, Managers and frontline employees to implement and improve CI mindset.
  • Work to embed a culture of CI, where the principles are role modeled at all levels
  • Team leadership (including indirect managerial responsibilities)
  • Travel, up to 80% of the time (Percentage may vary based on assignments)
  • Support coordination and the development of materials for quarterly CI Steering Committee Meetings (including agenda, panel discussions, go and see events, logistics, etc.).
  • Support leaders & managers as they drive measurable and sustainable change within their business units & teams
  • Participate in and lead training programs including boot camp and community of practice sessions
  • Demonstrate strong team leadership and influencing (includes negotiating & handling conflict)
  • Become a trusted thought partner with Senior Leaders, managers and employees (coaching, presentations and written communications, interviewing & facilitating, and influencing/negotiating/handling conflict)
  • Facilitation, coaching and support of problem-solving activities
Minimum Knowledge & Experience:
  • Has a passionate drive to delight our customers and offer unique solutions that deliver on their expectations
  • Oral and written communications
  • Successful track record of implementing CI methods and techniques.
  • Excel and Power Point proficiency
  • Experience in creating/enhancing training materials and sharing knowledge at different levels.
  • Experience in training, coaching and mentoring
  • Strong knowledge or experience in CI, Lean & Agile methodologies including but not limited to of the 10 tools, the principles, systems and tools that underpin Continuous Improvement
  • Experience of coaching, facilitation and leadership operating with a high level of autonomy and being results focused
  • Experience of operating with a high level of autonomy and being results focused
  • Demonstrated track record of influencing and coaching within the organization
  • Understanding of the financial services industry in order to make sound business decisions.
  • Ability to try new ways of working/thinking and acquiring new skills to retain a competitive advantage.
  • Experience in facilitating organization and cultural change and experience in the implementation and execution of CI in an environment where individuals are unfamiliar or not fully vested with the methodology.
  • Adaptive coaching style and the ability to work hands-on with teams Managers and leaders in an consultative role
  • Certified as a Senior Change Agent (with 12 to 18 months of being a change agent)
  • 5+ years of leadership experience

Compensation Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
$111,670 - $139,590 USD
