Job Description

Requisition Summary

The Customer Experience Continuous Improvement Business Analyst is a change agent for data, process and quality improvement. They are responsible for deploying continuous improvement concepts and tools across our business and for integrating Six Sigma quality into our business processes. They assist with setting direction and leading the way to breakthrough improvements in data, product and process quality.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Assist the Controller in calculating project benefits and closing.
  • Challenge conventional wisdom by demonstrating successful application of new methodologies to improve product and process quality.
  • Support Black/Green/Lean Belts through project management.
  • Apply Continuous improvement tools to improve process capability and eliminate defects and waste.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement process improvement plans.
  • Transfer best practices, techniques, procedures and tools to peers and other process improvement teams.
  • Work with Customer Experience data to help drive decision making
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Salesforce and data analytics experience is a plus.
  • Composure when confronted with ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Understanding of heavy-duty dealership operations.
  • Ability to maintain customer focus while troubleshooting.
  • Minimum of three years industry experience, including fleet/dealer/customer/internal stakeholder facing responsibilities preferred.
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree required or currently enrolled with an expected graduation date within two years plus substantial industry experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Advanced PC skills with Microsoft products.

Salary Range:

At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $72,200 - $108,000 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
