  • Use analytics and modeling to drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize financial and operational performance.
  • Performs complex research by gathering data from a variety of sources, which may include operational data, metrics, competitor information, and feedback from business partners.
  • Create presentations and reports that demonstrate progress across initiatives by established deadlines
  • Quantify growth and cost savings opportunities through a variety of models and analyses
  • Clearly communicate business objectives and financial impact of projects to audiences across our organization.
Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma and related business process re-engineering strategies
  • Excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills
  • 1+ years of experience delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, large, dispersed client sales organization
