Change Agent Jobs

Minimum of 2 years of experience in cost management

Be responsible for the change management process by keeping logs up to date.

Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools.

Preferred Qualifications / Relevant Experience

Assist project managers with change order assessments.

Assist project managers with any form related.

Team leadership (including indirect managerial responsibilities)

Coaching teams on how to remove complex roadblocks, hand conflict management and develop high performing teams

Experience in creating/enhancing training materials and sharing knowledge at different levels.

Support leaders & managers as they drive measurable and sustainable change within their business units & teams

Acts as a mentor to Business Leaders, Managers and frontline employees to implement and improve CI mindset.

5+ years of leadership experience

10+ Years of IT Experience (Both Software Engineering and Infrastructure Domains)

5+ Years of Technical Leadership experience (CIO, VP or Director-Level Preferred)

Experience Working with Disparate Vendor Products (Integrations, Upgrades, etc.)

Experience in the Maritime Industry Would Also be Very Exciting but Not Necessary
