Dear potential candidate,
You have a unique opportunity to join Emeis Global, a non-profit innovation hub focused on driving positive impact and concentrating on solving our most demanding challenges linked with energy transition/sustainability, digital transformation, and leadership/cultural change.
You'll work in teams of typically 1 - 3 consultants to identify and frequently implement potential solutions for a specific problem or challenge related to energy transition or digital transformation. You will work with stakeholders, including private companies, the public sector, and industry / functional experts.
Over the course of each project, you will identify and interview key stakeholders, gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations. You'll also present results to the core project team and critical stakeholders. In some cases, you might be asked to travel, in which case your travel cost will be covered.

QUALIFICATIONS
§Undergraduate degree or master’s degree or 1+ years of work experience after completing your undergraduate degree
§Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
§Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
§Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project
§Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations

§Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English

Project Execution
Rather uniquely vs. other business consultants, we run our projects through a Scrum Inc agile process – all supported by coaching throughout the project.
Our goal is to innovate the consulting business, targeting customers not utilizing consulting services due to the high cost and low efficiency of solutions and expand the value proposition with outsourcing services and cross-industry collaboration.
Our objective is to help customers create:
1.Sustainable long-term solutions for continuous innovation in-house.
2.Efficient and low-risk innovation engine for in-house or outsourced disruptive ideas.
3.Cross-collaboration innovation platform on target topics, for example, lithium recycling of critical minerals in EV / electronics.
4.Facilitate changes in government policies and secure support for redeployment of the impacted workforce.
To achieve this, the projects are run with internal resources supported only by senior partners from Emeis Global to build internal capabilities. We are leveraging external partners to support capacity building and workforce redeployment.
