People + Practice is a marketing agency and growth consultancy primarily serving clients in the Orthodontic industry. We are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies that drive business success.
Leveraging your extensive marketing expertise, you will provide high-level consultation to our clients and help them achieve their growth goals. As a primary point of contact with clients, the Growth Consultant position plays a crucial role in the overall success of People + Practice. We are seeking someone who demonstrates consultative skills, professionalism, strong creative problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and, above all, a genuine concern for our clients' future.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful delivery of the services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the marketing landscape
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with clients' business objectives
- Provide reporting to each client on the cadence described in their contract to illustrate positive ROI for agency activities
- Conduct research to identify growth opportunities for clients
- Collaborate with clients to ensure marketing initiatives are in line with their brand identity and messaging
- Participate in special projects or assignments upon request by leadership
- Provide high-level consultation to clients on marketing best practices and trends
- Act as a resource for Growth Consultants
- Develop a consultative relationship with client portfolio and participate in activities related to cross-selling, upselling and contract renewals
- Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders through effective communication, responsiveness, and professionalism
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Familiarity working within multiple communication platforms: project management software, email, chat, text, phone, video chat, etc.
- Strong design aesthetic and familiarity with design programs
- Ability to quickly learn and integrate new technology, including AI, into everyday workflows
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with creative design, strategic campaign development and management
- Experience with Canva, Google Suite
- Experience in Orthodontic or Dental Professions
- Experience in Orthodontic B2C Marketing
